Meet Cathy

My name is Cathy Biase.

I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Cancer Coach and the host of The Health Hub, a radio talk show and podcast covering various aspects of Integrative Health.

I am also a HUGE Toronto sports fan and a breast cancer survivor.

My education and experience with cancer has given me a profound understanding of how vitally important proper Nutrition and Lifestyle choices are for achieving optimum health.

I am a cancer coach now because I was a cancer patient before.  I understand intimately both conventional and natural approaches to treatment, as I’ve incorporated each of them into my own protocol in the past.  Perhaps most importantly, I understand the emotions tied to a cancer diagnosis as I have felt all of these emotions personally.

I want to be a part of the new direction of cancer care; one that considers the whole person and the whole disease.

There are so many unknowns with so many rules!

That is why I have created this guide for you.  I want you to have the resources I wish I had when I was going through my treatment.
